2. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

- operate photo booth, 360, and AI-powered experiences
- generate, process, host, and deliver event media and galleries

- send text messages where you have opted in

- display limited proof-of-work, portfolio, or promotional examples as described below unless privacy is requested in writing
3. EVENT MEDIA, GALLERIES, AND PROMOTIONAL USE
As part of our services, we may capture, process, host, and deliver event photos, videos, GIFs, AI-assisted images, and similar media.
Unless you or the client request privacy in writing, Booths by Christy may use a limited selection of event media for:
- online galleries
- portfolio examples
- website content
- blog posts
- social media, including Instagram
- reels, case studies, and proof-of-work materials
- internal sales and marketing examples
If you want your event, gallery, or media treated as private, you must notify us in writing at hello@boothsbychristy.com. Please include your name, event name, event date, and the specific privacy request.
We will make commercially reasonable efforts to honor written privacy requests going forward. Privacy requests received after media has already been published may not be retroactive in every instance, but we will review and handle reasonable requests in good faith.
For client-managed or hosted events, the client is responsible for informing attendees when photography, video capture, AI-assisted image generation, or public gallery delivery will be part of the event, if such notice is required.
4. AI-ASSISTED IMAGE PROCESSING
Some services offered by Booths by Christy use AI-assisted image generation, enhancement, compositing, or transformation workflows. This may involve processing guest or client-submitted images through our proprietary service stack, prompts, templates, overlays, and operating methods.
We use these systems to produce event deliverables, branded experiences, and related outputs. AI-assisted results may vary based on source image quality, pose, lighting, group size, and technical limitations.
5. SMS/TEXT MESSAGING PRIVACY
If you provide your phone number and opt in, Booths by Christy may send SMS or text messages for:
- booking confirmations and reminders
- consultation scheduling and updates
- event logistics and service notifications
- gallery delivery notifications
- promotional messages, only with your express consent

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, platform operations, phone providers, gallery delivery, and messaging vendors, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. This information will not be shared with any third parties.

We may share information only as reasonably necessary to operate our business and deliver services, including with:

- website, gallery, hosting, and cloud service providers
- messaging and phone providers
